Costume City works to provide our customers with quality products at a competitive price and is happy to match competitor’s prices for the same costume.Our team regularly undertake price comparisons to ensure we can deliver on our lowest price promise. Should you find a cheaper quote for an identical costume with one of our competitors we are happy to beat that price.
What do I need to do?
In order to see if we can beat the price you have found please contact us by telephone on 07 3177 9430 or by email at sales@costumecity.com.au. Please provide details and a copy of your quote for the identical costume you have found.
What costumes can be price matched?
We will price match for all costumes stocked on the Costume City website as long as they meet our terms and conditions of being identical costumes.
What costumes are excluded?
We are unable to price match products if they are:
- clearance products with our competitors
- not held in stock by our competitor
- products that are not identical to those stocked by Costume City
- products which are part of a cash back deal
- products which have special coupon discounts
Price matching is provided to you at our discretion and on rare occasions we may not be able to match the price you have been quoted.
Can I price match against online stores?
We are happy to price match against other online stores but please be aware that we will also need to include any delivery costs and other fees and charges that will be applied to your quote at the payment checkout stage by the competitor. This will ensure that you are receiving an identical price match.
