Reward Program

Eligibility

We are grateful to all our customers and the Reward program is a small way to give something back to you. As a customer of Express Party Supplies, you are automatically eligible for our Rewards program when you create an account. A Reward $ value will be generated when you make an eligible purchase. Rewards are allocated to all products purchased. Use this Reward for a discount on a future order.

Conditions

• You will be rewarded with 7.5 cents for every $1 spent which can be used on a future order.
• You can redeem a maximum of $100 worth of Rewards on a single order
• Rewards can not be redeemed on an order that already has a coupon or voucher applied
• If you return a product, the Reward for that product will be transferred back to your account.
• Rewards cannot be transferred and do not have cash value.
• Rewards expire after 12 months of placing your last order. But don’t worry about forgetting to use your accumulated Reward - we will remind you one month before its expiry.
• Costume City reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rules and conditions or discontinue the program at its sole discretion and without any prior notification.
