In the very unlikely event that your goods are damaged or defective, you should let us know within 7 days of your order delivery. Please call us as soon as you can so that we can arrange an RA number for you.
In some cases it may not be economical for you to post your damaged costume back to us. So please do not send anything back to us without contacting us first for an RA number. In cases where your goods have been damaged in transit, and it is economically viable to send it back to us, we will refund your shipping charges.
In all cases, we will ask you to take a photograph of the damaged goods so that we can assess the claim.
Incorrectly ordered goods:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of its receipt, providing it is in its original packaging and not opened. However for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for masks and wigs. All returns are subject to inspection from staff and a refund will be refused if an item has been opened, tampered with or shows signs of being used. The buyer is liable for all return shipping for change of mind purchases.
Please contact our Customer service team as detailed above to obtain a RA number as any unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
