What is your return policy?
We hope that you're happy with your purchase from Costume City. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. Our commitment is to provide the best hassle-free resolution if this happens.
We will accept back returns on items that are in new, unused condition, and still in original packaging with all tags attached. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to you sending it back, to initiate a claim please contact us. Shipping costs are not refundable.
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items may NOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances: Masks, teeth, makeup, wigs and prosthetic masks / appliances.
Please check your items immediately upon receipt and report any need for an exchange, including damage and fit. Further information on how to proceed with the return will be provided by our customer service department if your item meets these policy requirements.
Can I exchange what I've ordered?
If you need a different size, or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s). We will refund returned item(s) that meet the above policies applying to all returned items.
